This Legal Notice applies to all products, services, websites, communications, and transactions provided by AAED

The information, products, and services provided by the Company are offered in good faith and are intended for general commercial purposes. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, timelines, and service estimates, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information provided.

Custom-made garments, alterations, repairs, embroidery, and other sewing services are produced according to customer specifications. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, design instructions, and material selections. The Company shall not be liable for issues resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our work, slight variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, sizing, and finished appearance may occur. Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

When customers provide their own fabrics, garments, or materials, the Company is not responsible for damage, shrinkage, discoloration, defects, or failures resulting from the condition or composition of those materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All designs, patterns, logos, photographs, marketing materials, and other intellectual property created or owned by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, service offerings, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing products or services from AAED, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Legal Notice.
